spec scripts
One of the definitions of a “spec script” is a sample episode of an established show that an aspiring writer writes to show off their skills, their ability to soak up the characters and tone and recreate it. You show it around “town” (meaning L.A.), hoping someone will think you’re so talented they should hire you to write for their show.
I’ve written a couple of these and as they’re based on fandom-type shows, I thought they might be of interest to fanfic readers. I’ll be posting them as soon as I can find the files on one of my drives.
